IGL — Installation of connection no-[protected]

My cheque has been submitted on 17th nov 2021 which cleared on 23rd nov 2021 after that the IGL's employee told me that connection will be done within a month whoever it's approx 2 mnth but after regular reminder to that employee we didn't even get any connection in my flat and having a toddler in the home is too difficult to manage a gas cylinder. Every time it's feels dangerous. But I think the company is not interested to deal in new customers. The employee said that it's take 90 days to install the connection in any flat doesn't matter it's already installed in the various flats in society.
