I am having igl connection in my flat c222 gaur cascade rajnagar extn ghaziabad. I am not using the gas since last 2 yrs during Corona
Igl is issuing bill and leaving penalty and not clarifying. I have called so many times, either they are not picking call or not clarifying.

If you are not using the Gas connection call them for temporarily disconnection. IGL people will visit and block the gas pipe line. After that you will not get any bill. You can get the connection restored any day .
I have also done in my home as I was out of station for 6 months
