There were 3 connections installed into our house. where the first floor invoice we received with the correct details after approximately two months but the ground and first floor invoices were not sent. after repeated inquiry and taking more than 4 months followup IGL informed that the other two meter installed are into some one else name.
Have been in contact with IGL through customer care they make the same excuse and ask for documents and NOC from the person the meter is installed.
While this is a pure Negligence of IGL at their end that they did not cross verify their meter allotment before installing at our two floors.
Electricity invoices for the latest month also provided for cross check their records.
This is unnecessary wasting our time and causing mental stress while IGL can solve the issue simply visiting the place and reverify the records.
Dear IGL please look into this to resolve the issue with no delay.
