I applied for igl gas pipeline connection in june 2019. The cheque payment of rs 6000 was also got cleared in december 2019 of which i got the message from igl. But till date (24/07/2020) meter has not been installed. I have complaint several times in the customer care but they just give the same service request number everytime without any action taken. I have e-mailed my complaint to igl but all in vain. Kindly take the necessary action at the earliest.
