Hi, I am using IGL with BP# [protected]. I checked my bill & found that reading was not correct.
Reading as on 15th Jan as per bill :
Reading : 144
Current Reading i.e 20th Feb :
Reading 149
How could it be possible ? Doesn't makes any sense & while taking to customer care executives, its like banging your head against the wall.
Poor ( or even worse if a word exists for the same) customer service, first they make false commitments that server is down & we'll call you back by taking your name & number but no call.
When you call them again to check the status, its the same problem its taking time & I am unable to check & such lame excuses. they can't even lodge a complaint & asks to call again.
After repeatedly requesting for about 10 times he transffered the call to his senior ( doesn't looks like though, as no customer service this time as well) but no luck & I have to disconnect.
It would be great if some action can be taken against it.
Sincere advice to IGL to atleast upgrade the level of their customer service executives. Currently its par below standards.
PS: I remember the name of one executve i.e Amit ( Gupta I guess) & he forwared the call to Nishant after repeatedly asking. Was this information helpful? |
