Ihmcl Fastag — Wrong deduction in Fastag | |||
Dear sir, This is in reference to the balance deduction for my fast tag veh. Reg. No. MH 09 DA 2371. Today i got a message that Rs. 1173/- debited from your fastag balance (Ref. no: CHRGBCK0100001424230882786310 ) on account of shortfall in toll charges for Talegaon Toll Plaza. However while traveling from this toll plaza in 11/Jul/2021 11:52:37 AM Rs. 67/- charged at Talegaon Toll Plaza against transaction ref. 0100001427755464319726, at that time after paying my fastag balance was Rs. 1425.0/- for which i have received SMS also. Then how you are charging this amount and for what? Kindly give an explaination for the same and credit the amount to my fast tag account at the earliest.
