Ihmcl Fastag — Fined at Palsit toll tax despite having sufficient account balance

Hi Sir,

We have been fined 4times (rs 180)at Palsit Toll Plaza due to low balance showing in our fastag wallet, even though it's been linked with our sbi account having sufficient account balance.
FYI car number: WB42Y0039

I have contacted SBI fasttag customer helpline [protected], and they said there is no issue at their end.

Then when I contacted ihmcl helpline :1033, the customer representative said due to some technical issue the wallet balance showed low balance and without providing any resolution he hung up the call(which is rude btw).

Please look into this issue and share the next step in reimbursing the fined amount. PFA the issued fined bill at Palsit Toll plaza.

Note: This is no good when the customers have to bear the price for the technical issue at ihmcl end.
