Ikya Human Capital Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 07, 2018 Updated by Jitheesh Kumar K G The assured Salary promised by the company was 12500 before i joined the company but iam not getting the amount promised by the company. From the 12500 rupees approximately 1400 is deducted as provident fund and ESI amount rupees 360 is deducted as Esi. The balance amount is 10740 is to be credited to me as salary but iam actually getting rupees 9800 only. The balance amount 940 is not getting for me. This is to inform that the company is deducting 940 rupees from my salary without any cost.In my paying slip the missing 940 rupees is shown up House rent and actually iam not getting this amount as house rent and i have no rent to pay i have my own house. So i need to get this deducted amount rupees 940 which i own. Please help me out against the above situation.
