To, M.C.D. commissioner Town Hall Municipal Corporation of Delhi REMINDER -1 Chandani Chauk, Delhi-110006. SUB: - A VERY RISKY ILLIGALE BUILDING IN SHAKARPUR Dear sir / madam. I want to bring your attentions on an illegal and very risky building situated at Shakarpur With owner name Mr Bhinder singh rana, address is G-5A shakarpur near school block new delhi-110092. (Trance Yamuna) Sir this building violated many basic rule and cause now it’s one of the most dangerous building now. It was constructed in middle of 2007 while new construction was strictly band in all over Delhi that time. Its was a plot of 100 sq. yard from which 50 yards was sold out but it occupied more than 50 yards and occupied both sides of street area. Because of ban on construction that time building was constructed in night and made white wash simultaneously in same night so that no one could notice new construction. Because of construction in night and very hurry ness in completion they used very poor material and constructor had no experience of construction. Because of that the height of building gone more than 55 feet with poor base, more over they cover the both side street area more than three feet to increase the room and kitchen size from 1st to 4th floors (total five floors are in building) Because they covered more than three feet area of main street now it became risky for this street. It became more narrow and in case of any miss happening (like fire earth-quick etc.) its will be very difficult for any fire/rescue vehicles to enter in street. Some neighbors observing that building has started to incline towards to street because of poor construction, more height, poor base and they center of gravity of building is towards to street due to unauthorized extended construction toward to street to increase the room and kitchen sizes. Dear sir/ madam we request you to observe this building from your experience engineers to safe the people and avoid any miss happening in future. Because it is the 1st corner building of the main street so it is risky for all peoples who are living in this area. The person has occupied railway property and has built rooms and given it on rent when the cops come they are bribed so nobody looks into the matter. Kindly save the residents from the torture man. It is humble request of mine to the high official of the MCD and like to have the kind attention towards illegal construction in my area. The owner Rampal s/o Late Sh. Jiya lal r/o H.No. 190, Jeewan Nagar, Near Maharani Bagh, New delhi is constructing a house without passing a house map.
Beside this the owner of the house mentioned above is constructing a stairs of 3ft covering 12ft common passage. So many times I told him(the owner) not to construct the stairs on the common passage but he starts fighting with me, saying that he is having high source in the MCD and nobody can demolished their stairs which is constructed on the common path/gali.
I therefore have humble request you to that order to stop the construction and demolished the staris that is constructed on the common passage. if this is not done as early as possible then there is no use to write complaint in the complaint box.
Necessary action on this application will let the people belive in the MCD clean work and have faith in writing the comments on the MCD complaint box.

In our locality one person is doing the construction which is illegal, there is a building where there are total six flats i.e. two (2) on each floor.This person is living on third floor and now he has started constructing the rooms of 12 feet height on the roof of the third floor.
As per the MCD rules this type of the construction is very much illegal and we therefore request you to take the appropriate legal action against him.The address is :

This is to bring to your notice that, I am a resident of tri nagar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in our locality which has made the life of the residents miserable.in gali no.171, tri nagar, Delhi – 110035, is presently going unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. He has already illegally completed that construction work of adding 4th floor, publicly making a mocary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and has not stopped the illegal construction. He has inturn started the construction of adding the 5th floor thereby causing great threat to the safety of the neighbors as the building structure is very weak.
He is also running a factory from the aforesaid address which is not allowed as per the norms as this is a residential area. He has installed heavy machinery inside his residence which causes lot of air and noise pollution. It is also pertinent to state that he is running the factory on residential electricity connection and does not have a commercial electricity connection.
We had requested the local administrative body including the office of Deputy Commissioner, MCD, Rohini Zone (copy enclosed), to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

There is an illegal construction going on at 167 Sarai Jullena, Maulana Mohammed Ali Road (Central Zone). The owner's name is Mr. Laxmi Chand S/O Late Shri Hari Singh.
It was already reported to MCD control room on the 05.11.2009 with the complaint number 3835 but nothing has been done so far.
The construction should be stopped as it causing lot of inconvenience to the locals. The street is very narrow and on the top of it, it is very crowded. The construction work has made it impossible for the people to go through the street. The ventilation is very bad as the construction has covered all the common surrounding area.
The MCD drinking water is also being used for this construction. It is impossible to sleep as they working at the night. We had made few humble requests to the owner, he would not listen us.
Please take action to stop this construction. So, that locals in the area can live here peacefully.

Subject: Application against the illegal construction ongoing by the owner Rampal s/o Late Sh. Jiya lal r/o H.No. 190-A, Jeewan Nagar, Near Maharani Bagh
Sir/Madam
It is humble request of mine to the high official of the MCD and like to have the kind attention towards illegal construction in my area. The owner Rampal s/o Late Sh. Jiya lal r/o H.No. 190, Jeewan Nagar, Near Maharani Bagh, New delhi is constructing a house without passing a house map.
Beside this the owner of the house mentioned above is constructing a stairs of 3ft covering 12ft common passage. So many times I told him(the owner) not to construct the stairs on the common passage but he starts fighting with me, saying that he is having high source in the MCD and nobody can demolished their stairs which is constructed on the common path/gali.
I therefore have humble request you to that order to stop the construction and demolished the staris that is constructed on the common passage. if this is not done as early as possible then there is no use to write complaint in the complaint box.
Necessary action on this application will let the people belive in the MCD clean work and have faith in writing the comments on the MCD complaint box.
