To, M.C.D. commissioner Town Hall Municipal Corporation of Delhi REMINDER -1 Chandani Chauk, Delhi-110006. SUB: - A VERY RISKY ILLIGALE BUILDING IN SHAKARPUR Dear sir / madam. I want to bring your attentions on an illegal and very risky building situated at Shakarpur With owner name Mr Bhinder singh rana, address is G-5A shakarpur near school block new delhi-110092. (Trance Yamuna) Sir this building violated many basic rule and cause now it’s one of the most dangerous building now. It was constructed in middle of 2007 while new construction was strictly band in all over Delhi that time. Its was a plot of 100 sq. yard from which 50 yards was sold out but it occupied more than 50 yards and occupied both sides of street area. Because of ban on construction that time building was constructed in night and made white wash simultaneously in same night so that no one could notice new construction. Because of construction in night and very hurry ness in completion they used very poor material and constructor had no experience of construction. Because of that the height of building gone more than 55 feet with poor base, more over they cover the both side street area more than three feet to increase the room and kitchen size from 1st to 4th floors (total five floors are in building) Because they covered more than three feet area of main street now it became risky for this street. It became more narrow and in case of any miss happening (like fire earth-quick etc.) its will be very difficult for any fire/rescue vehicles to enter in street. Some neighbors observing that building has started to incline towards to street because of poor construction, more height, poor base and they center of gravity of building is towards to street due to unauthorized extended construction toward to street to increase the room and kitchen sizes. Dear sir/ madam we request you to observe this building from your experience engineers to safe the people and avoid any miss happening in future. Because it is the 1st corner building of the main street so it is risky for all peoples who are living in this area. Sir i want to do complaint against illegal construction going on in Madangir village and no action is taken yet i request you to please take a quick action ... please give response so that i can give you details of the exact location where the construction is going on... thank you In our N block hargobind enclave rajpur khurd new delhi -110068 builder rohit bhardwaj and rakesh dagar built a building in plot no. N-51, both of this people having a team of bouncer thos people they want stop this constrution they fight with them both builder have strong connection with MCD.

Illegal construction is on full swing at T-5/6, Ward No-6, Near Saraswati Bal Mandir School Mehrauli, New Delhi- 110030.
Complained so many times to MCD , Police , CMO, PMO, Commissioner (MCD), Commissioner of Police, Lt. Governor etc but the construction is not stopped by any of the authority. Builder Mafia Do their jobs. They think Govt, is in his Pocket and i think they are rite because no one take action against this. MCD instruct to police for stop this construction and ceased all the tool which are related to construction but police put the clothes on their eyes and put in their fingers in their ears due to ignore it. One of the Police official also mentioned in their report that the beat staff is see that no illegal construction is done by any of the person but it is only in their report. Well done Govt. and their departments. You all are done the great job. Clap for every one. Because one day this Building should be completed and when any miss-happening happened on that day all the departments blaming to each others. But only suffer the local's and the public.. Now. Can any body please tell me something about the history of land encroachment and litigation currently with Victorian View Layout,Nallurahalli village ,whitefiled.
I came to know about some illegal land resale and encroachments in the past few years particularly in this area.
There are 3-4 new projects ( apartments ) coming up inside this layout. I am not sure about the builders intentions as they are offering lesser price than other projects in the nearby borewellroad.

I Mr. N J Mali having my own house in pandharpur ( “PANKAJ” Flat no.43 gat no. 85/A wangikar plots, behind hotel nagaland, pandharpur ). On my house RHS (Flat no.44 Gat no. 85/A wangikar plots, behind hotel nagaland, pandharpur ) there is a 3 floor appartment building cunstruction is in process wich is elegal and not to the plan which is given by nagerpalika ,5” wall distance not provides ,
The FSI is not leave as per plan provided. We are [censored]ing lot of problems. I already made complaint to nagarpalika but the nagarpalika officers are not taking action as they tolerate my written complaint 5 times. Each time they says we will take action but still no action is done. Than I complaint to district leval he gave order to verify but none process is going and now the cunstruction is going to completewithin few monts.
I Face many problems like,
1. Whentalisan air problem
2. Due to this construction all cement, water, raw material, etc is falling on my home wall and windows as cunstruction going up and up
3. If in feature there is earth shake than this bilding will colapse on my home (who will take responsibility of this)
4. Bulder is talking rash when we communicate
5. Lot of sound problem
My complent has complectiong 1 year with 5 written notice to nagarpalika and 1 notice to district level but still no action.
I have all proof of papers with me so if consumer will not take action than I have last chance to open this issue in media and news paper.

THEY ARE ALREADY USING IIIRD FLOOR AND THEY CONSTRUCTED 4TH FLOOR WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION FROM THE BUILDING NEIGHBORS. THEY USING ABUSING WORD WITH NEIGHBORS. Sir illegal construction has taken place in D-61, Shubham Enclave, Sir owner & builder of the building has added Illegal bedrooms on fifth floor of the building which is illegal & dengerous for the people living in the building & neighbours. There is completely illegal construction in B-16 B, Avantika Enclave, Slum flats, Rohini Sector-2, Opp Avantika Hospital Delhi-110085.The owner has extended balcony, rooms, bathroom and toilet i.e. each side of the flat endangering the whole structure of the building illegally.

I am a resident of C-2/143 first floor, Yamuna vihar Delhi-110053. I want to draw your attention that there is an illegal construction going on 3rd floor of the house. It is not as per the government norms. The foundation of the house is made to hold 2 floors i.e.G+1 and terrace. The second floor was only applied for clearance. But the owner of second floor has illegally constructed third floor without sharing any information regarding the same. So I request you to take immediate action asap.
