SUB: - A VERY RISKY ILLIGALE BUILDING IN SHAKARPUR

Dear sir / madam.
I want to bring your attentions on an illegal and very risky building situated at Shakarpur
With owner name Mr Bhinder singh rana, address is G-5A shakarpur near school block new delhi-110092. (Trance Yamuna)
Sir this building violated many basic rule and cause now it’s one of the most dangerous building now.
It was constructed in middle of 2007 while new construction was strictly band in all over Delhi that time.
Its was a plot of 100 sq. yard from which 50 yards was sold out but it occupied more than 50 yards and occupied both sides of street area.
Because of ban on construction that time building was constructed in night and made white wash simultaneously in same night so that no one could notice new construction.
Because of construction in night and very hurry ness in completion they used very poor material and constructor had no experience of construction.
Because of that the height of building gone more than 55 feet with poor base, more over they cover the both side street area more than three feet to increase the room and kitchen size from 1st to 4th floors (total five floors are in building)
Because they covered more than three feet area of main street now it became risky for this street. It became more narrow and in case of any miss happening (like fire earth-quick etc.) its will be very difficult for any fire/rescue vehicles to enter in street.
Some neighbors observing that building has started to incline towards to street because of poor construction, more height, poor base and they center of gravity of building is towards to street due to unauthorized extended construction toward to street to increase the room and kitchen sizes.
Dear sir/ madam we request you to observe this building from your experience engineers to safe the people and avoid any miss happening in future. Because it is the 1st corner building of the main street so it is risky for all peoples who are living in this area.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that, I am a resident of Rohini area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in our locality Mr. Naresh, E-19/349, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi -85 is presently doing unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored/neglected all such requests and warnings and has not stopped the illegal construction.



Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity which your goodself will appreciate.

This is to inform you that unauthories construction of flats is going on in a huge manner on the above plots. Substandard building material is being used and the local police are intervened many times to stop the work. The ploter claims that he has the office permission MCD, which is a lie. It is requested that the Un-authorised construction and the construction and the construction ill-legal activity be stopped immediately.

Necessary action includeing demolition o[censored]n-authorised construction being built is carried out immediately.

There are many illegal constructions going on in Tughlakabad Extension area. One of them is being carried out by Mr. Ashok Bansal in his building at 992, Gali No. 23. He is constructing Full fledge Fourth Floor on this plot which is causing a total nuisance to this area. He has also installed at Thread Dyeing Unit on the top of the floor and one heavy duty generator. Chemicals are lying here and there and also causing lot of noise. Walls of the whole building are jerking and shivering due to these units placed on the top of this building. Many of the officials of MCD visits his place and takes some money as bribe and goes back. Anyone in the MCD who can take care of public living in this building and nearby. He seems to be a powerful man and whenever someone try to talk to him he starts threatening him with dire consequences.....

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the illegal construction on 3rd floor in property number. S-1/151 OLD MAHAVEER NAGAR, Tilak Nagar, ND-18, constructed by Mr. Satish Dhingra without any approval of 3rd Floor by MCD and without any approved map. It is very dangerous to construct third floor for entire building. I tried to stop him but he is not ready to listen any thing and continue do the same.

I request to you to please take necessary step to stop him.

Illegal Hunters — Building material garbage collection in my lane and damage caused by the ongoing construction

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Mahavir Enclave Part 1 locality on Palam Dabri Road in South-West Delhi district. There is a building construction work going on in our back lane. The constructor has collected a huge amount of garbage in our back lane. This has been blocking our sewage for long now which is causing unhygenic water overflowing. They have also broken window glasses in our house and refusing to pay any attention to it.

Please take necessary action in this regard.

I want to bring into your notice the illegal construction going in Kishan Garh at Sh. Raghbir Singh house no 71/9 kishan garh vasant kunj new delhi 110070, with the help of local beat constables. Due to this building we and neighbours will be facing lots of problem like air, water, sunlight etc.

They are constructing 6 floor building with multiples flats. I have attached the photographs of the same building.


We hope you will solve our problem by stopping this illegal construction.

We have made several complaints to the BMC but no action has been taken yet.

Our compound wall has been demolished by a builder who is constructing a commercial complex in a plot adjacent to us . He has narrowed our walkway and also uprooted a very old tree.

I am a resident of Rajaram Wadi, Behind Mehboob Studio, Bandra West. My complaint is regarding an illegal construction of an additional floor and balcony at an adjoining slum. With the help of the local H ward coorperator the slum dweller has constructed an additional floor and also a balcony. When the cops were caleld the coorporator told them to go as it was jsut a repair job. I have proof and pictures that this is not just a repair job but a complete illegal construction. This construction also violates every rules of the Development Control Act. There is barely a foot space between the new illegal construction and the adjacent building wall. Incase of a fire there is no way a fire engine can reach this spot. As the slum dwellers are a vote bank for the coorporator he is going to back the illegal construction.

If someone could help me i would be grateful.

My problem is that my neighbour has constructed his building taking illigaly some extra space. Our street is very narrow and is very less space for air and sunlight.Due to his construction now there is no source of air and light in our flat.Due to his contacts he was able to construct it but left space for us,now he started constructing it again. I am a sick person with diabities problem and need light and air. He always bully us because of his contacts. Because he is a Govt. Employee(Tota Ram). Please Help us in this matter. The complainant is an Advocate-on Record in Hon’ble Supreme court of India and is the resident of Pocket-E, Flat no-245 Sarita Vihar, P.S Sarita vihar, Dist South. I have to draw your kind attention in respect o[censored]nauthorized and illegal construction proposed to be carried on the MCD land which is passage (Gali) between my flat and the adjoining flat. That as Ican see there is planning to cover the gali by projecting the balcony along with other construction by the flat owners of the adjoining flank. It also appears that this is being done with the connivance of the local police and MCD field staff. The proposed illegal construction will make my flat unsafe and it can be approached from the adjoining flat apart from blocking the air and sun rays. Kindly take immediate action against it failing which I will be constraint to approach the Hon’ble court.
