To, M.C.D. commissioner Town Hall Municipal Corporation of Delhi REMINDER -1 Chandani Chauk, Delhi-110006. SUB: - A VERY RISKY ILLIGALE BUILDING IN SHAKARPUR Dear sir / madam. I want to bring your attentions on an illegal and very risky building situated at Shakarpur With owner name Mr Bhinder singh rana, address is G-5A shakarpur near school block new delhi-110092. (Trance Yamuna) Sir this building violated many basic rule and cause now it’s one of the most dangerous building now. It was constructed in middle of 2007 while new construction was strictly band in all over Delhi that time. Its was a plot of 100 sq. yard from which 50 yards was sold out but it occupied more than 50 yards and occupied both sides of street area. Because of ban on construction that time building was constructed in night and made white wash simultaneously in same night so that no one could notice new construction. Because of construction in night and very hurry ness in completion they used very poor material and constructor had no experience of construction. Because of that the height of building gone more than 55 feet with poor base, more over they cover the both side street area more than three feet to increase the room and kitchen size from 1st to 4th floors (total five floors are in building) Because they covered more than three feet area of main street now it became risky for this street. It became more narrow and in case of any miss happening (like fire earth-quick etc.) its will be very difficult for any fire/rescue vehicles to enter in street. Some neighbors observing that building has started to incline towards to street because of poor construction, more height, poor base and they center of gravity of building is towards to street due to unauthorized extended construction toward to street to increase the room and kitchen sizes. Dear sir/ madam we request you to observe this building from your experience engineers to safe the people and avoid any miss happening in future. Because it is the 1st corner building of the main street so it is risky for all peoples who are living in this area. This is to bring to your kind notice there is being illegal construction done in East Delhi Laxmi Nagar F-190/a, building is already constructed with four floors the owner of top floor Mrs Kiran Chaudhry has sell out the terrace to the local builder and now he had constructed the full covered 5th floor which is not authorised as per the mcd regulations of construction in residential colony.

This is to inform you that illegal construction is going on at C-62, 4th floor, dayanand colony,lajpat nagar-IV,new delhi - 110024.We have already complaint twice on date:- 09/07/2010,complaint no:- 874 & police complaint on 16/07/2010,compaint no:-725. There is crack on the roof of 3rd floor.illegal construction of 4th floor is still going on.
There is no action been taken place and the work is still on.
We kindly request to take action as soon as possible.

He has neither taken MCD Approval, nor it is allowed even after the approval. as fourth floor is illegal as per the MCD building by laws.

Illegal Hunters — muscle man constructing illegal building in front of the Engineers working on site.
Illegal construction going on in Kasturba Nagar Delhi North. Engineers of the MCD etc. are making road right in front of the illegal construction going on there. the building is buing constructed exactly in line with the building having fallen in Delhi Vikas Marg. The musle man are scaring the other residents and the engineers who are not able to speak or complain. Respected Sir,

There are two three illegal slums on road in which they have kept their buffaloes, goats which is creating a problem. I would like to compliant on the Irregular construction in Kolathur. Am a resident of the same street, Next to my street. Haridoss 2nd street Irregular constructed building along with the shop has been established. As per CMDA rule Section 25 planning parameters Table 1 ( ordinary residential building and other small buildings ) they should construct at least abutting 1 m from all the sides including front side .But on the above address they not even a left 1 feet in all the sides and including front road side . In fact on the front side from the Corporation lamp post only half a feet has been left and the major part of the building coming up on the very close to road.
On the above I have already given a complaint to Chennai Corporation on the irregularities. Due irregular construction there is No Room for proper road way to that street Vehicle cannot pass through a lot of accident occur due to blocking the road.
My sincere request to enforcement cell to visit the location and restrict the construction and insist them to follow up the rules laid by the CMDA .

Illegal Hunters — Stair Construction in Every Street of Sagarpur
I a responsible citizen of India resident of RZ-7B/266 M. Block West Sagarpur New Delhi - 110046 would like to bring in your notice that next to my house every property owner has done illegal construction in front of their houses by making stairs or ramps etc. The entire street is full of illegal construction and is badly encroached at least by 3 feet from both sides.I request you humbly to please take the necessary action at your earliest.
