Since april 2018, after they wanted to start crediting assured rental by ecs... The payments have been stopped. Just some or other dates are been given from their reception team. Several calls, emails sent are going useless. Project is already at delay, now assured rental also stopped. What can be done, buyers r just waiting and are at mercy of builders after paying full money

Even we are facing issue with cheque bounce of assured return. Kindly confirm if there is any watsapp group so that we can work together on next action plan.
