I am a victim of the so called project by the builder. The concept of virtual property in itself is a fraud concept. Here conceptually the builder is supposed to give you an assured return of 12% but it neither gives you that neither the procession, nor the rights to occupy OR to sell. So in nutshell you don't own anything and you realise that your money is gone and that you are victim of a ponzy scheme which fundamentally is fraud. Welcome to Imperia Mindspace.

This is absolutely true. You could do the following a) file in consumer court, b) file a police complaint c) file a criminal case against them. And mind you, they have a bunch of trained lawyers, ex cops who are there on their rolls to outwit you every time. But be a Braveheart and not fear them but fight them and get justice. There can be another way also, get yourself clubbed into any FIR that may be happening
