Imperia Structures Limited — No response from builder regarding possession - Imperia Esfera Sector 37C Phase II

Imperia Esfera project in Gurgaon sector 37C is headed for indefinite delay in providing possession. The builder has taken almost 20% payment from buyers and is not completing the construction which is leading to delay in the possession.

They (Jasleen and Staff) are non responsive whenever emailed or call about the status of the project.

I have not received any official communication from Imperia regarding the confirmed date of handing over of the possession of the said Unit.

It was a commitment by the company that possession will be handed over in November 2023. Thereafter, it was said that by the end of December 2023, the possession will be given. However, the possession of the unit is still pending.

Authorities need to take strict action against such builders and ensure all of people get their homes.

I think there is no need to share the client ID and Esfera Unit number.

I am only asking, when you will get OC as you applied OC from long time.

Its a general query and As we are waiting for our possession.
