Inb Bharat Business Channel L Tech_Baratb Payments — videocon d2h recharge

Dear sir/madam, i have done online banking recharge for my videocon d2h, customer id is[protected] this recharge has not succeed. But amount of rs 380 has been cut from my state bank of india account on 01.10.2017. I have recharged through net banking. Then again on 02.10.2017 i recharged the same and it succeeded but the previous amount not credited. Hence, it is requested to refund rs 380 in my account number [protected] immediately.
