Hi Team,

My money (1530/-) is got deducted on 1st May 2018 from my SBI Account with Narration as
" TO TRANSFER INB IBIBO Web Private Limited "
and Ref/Cheque No. "[protected]IGADLBOQF3 TRANSFER TO 459".

However I haven't purchased anything from this site or on that day from my SBI Account .

Could you please look into this issue and let me know why this money is got deducted from IBIBO Web portal.

Sir, I booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Vaitheeswarankoil through red bus online. Transaction was sucessful and amount deducted from my SB AC. But Tickets not booked and not received either to my registered mobile and Email. Again i booked a fresh ticket. Hence i request you to refund money to my account. Transaction details:"TO TRANSFER INB IBIBO GROUP PVT LTD TECH_IBGRPVL Payment[protected]IGAGFCYVK1."
