Dear Sir,

I have sent my my PAN card to NSDL to change my surname Virendra Kumar Jain to Virendra Bachhawat. I have sent on 14th of December 2016 to NSDL but still it is not updated as I have checked onsite of NSDL which is under process in Income Tax Department whether I have submitted my all document along with ID proof and rejected official letter it has already been more than 45 days and I have not received my new PAN card update with my name updation time period is 20 to 25 days I have so many times call to customer care and NSDL department but there is no proper response from their site NSDL
My acknowledgement number is [protected] which is received on 18th of December 2016 and my PAN number is AGJPJ7283K at NsDL.
Till date there is no response from any where.
so help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We are yet to receive the PAN Card, though in the PAN Application Status, it is reported as 'Your PAN card has been dispatched on 17-Feb-2017 by Blue Dart Express Ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 27-Feb-2017"
On enquiring Blue-Dart, it is reported that the file is yet to be received by them at Mumbai
So, Kindly issue me PAN Card as early as possible

--- The company does not pay the corporate tax instead make forged documents through photoshop to renew documents.
--- Never pay the salary on time and fires any of his employees any time.
--- The owner Karan Singh (alias Shaun Turner) is a cheater. He along with his brothers holds several businesses without paying taxes.
--- He shows the business turnover to be around 5 lacs per month instead of 16-20 lacs and can be even more.
--- He pays some of his employees in cash which has no record
--- He with his brother even submits forged ID proof for license of new business.
--- There are almost 20+ employees (as of December 2016), but none of the employee had EPF account.
--- He deduces the corporate tax from everyone's salary but do not file that tax.

They do booze party in some of the costliest hotels, bars and restaurants without paying off the dues and salary.the pics itself suggests.

please take action against the cheaters as they are not only destroying the future of the talents but also duping the country with the taxes.

I have already submitted my complaint against a builder on 9th Sept, 2016. And you had forwarded the same to Income Tax office on 13th Sept, 2016. However till today Income Tax office has not taken any cognizance of my complaint. That is why I feel this website is idle.
Kindly note that the builder is harassing we people in the society only to pressurize us. He has filed a false criminal case on the chairman and the two members of the society which are against him. He has charged that these people robbed the watchman room of apartment in premises of society. He falsely showing that this watchman room is his property. Till today he has not given conveyance to the society.
Also he managed to form separate society of apartment that was already in the premises of our society only to financially disturb society.
I am of the opinion that if Income Tax office took proper action on the builder, our society will work smoothly.

I had applied for new pan card as the old one worn out vide ack. No. [protected] (My old pan no. Aajpr9048j). Till date, i have not received it.

On checking online with nsdl, it says it is under processing / contact no.[protected] for further processing of your application.

I even tried the above number, but of no use., as it is always getting busy.

Pl. Look into the above and arrange for early despatch of pan card.

i would like to bring to your notice that late rakesh siddhramaiha s/f sidhrammaiah current chief minister of karnataka, has made huge money in his period where they exchanged there money in investements in bnaglaore and other countries on illegal names, at rakesh residence in bangalore got valubles at home in mode of cash, jewels, accesiories and many more where rakesh was not an employee or not an bussiness man still they got huge properties and assests in banglore and other contries, , they keep there valublaes at there drivers, made, friends, and family residence ..kindly do go through the proper investigation so that the worth will b enot less than 250 crores, , our indian govt is not helping poor people bcoz of thease corrupted peoples.. kindly take this request and make the investigation in higher end to get better results

No one from family is working from last four years. All the money is earned by this person as octroi agent which itself I guess is invalid source of income. But now this person owns lot of properties in Nashik. He owns 4 big shops in Nashik(Gangapur Road) and same are given on rent. Also he has plot in MIDC area of Nashik, this also is given on rent. Further he has reconstructed entire huge bunglow on big plot in Nashik. How it is possible for family who is not earning from last four years have accumulated crores of properties. Whether octroi agent can earn this much money.

Our Owner Mr. Byrappa who owns many flats in and around Chikkakallasandra Uttarahalli Bangalore refuses to collect the Rent by way of cheque always demands rent by cash and also he does money laundering business at the interest rate ranging from 6-15% per month by taking blank cheques and collects interest by gooda acts.

When we requested him to accept the cheque for the Rent payable he send goondas to collect the same by using unparlimentary words. As my knowledge goes he collects around 6-7 lacs rents and around 4-5 lacs by way interest.

We request to look into the matter and do the needful,

The landlord, GANESH TRIPATHY ownes a lot many properities in Delhi and mumbai and had been forcing his tenants to pay rent in cash inorder to generate black money and avoid taxes, his salary income exceeds 10 lacs per month and still he cheats on people, govt and finds himself god, he even tells the tenants in the city like gurgaon to get the cash just a day before and tenants had to rush to ATMs to get him.Please check his bank accounts and you will know the story.

I request the govt to take strick action against such people.

During the Financial year 2015-16 TDS amount was deducted by SBI, Narendrapur Branch, kolkata in aggregate Rs 64086 from my pension of Rs[protected]% of pension) for the reason not known to me. Bank termed as system mistake and did not take initiative to refund the amount. Moreover the amount was not deposited to Govt. A/C as transpires from Form 26AS. I could not submit IT return in time for want of such and to claim refund. Hope your interference will enable me to get back my pension amount in my lifetime because I am suffering from renal failure and need to undergo dialysis twice a week.

Please provide any relevant document regarding HRA exemption under Section 10(13) of income tax act since we are granting HRA on 6th CPC salay but for arriving HRA Exemption under 2nd condition i.e Rent paid in Excess of 10%Salary we are taking 7th CPC Salary in which more disadvantage for the individual please clarify the same.

PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL vide First Flight Courier on 19 jan 2017 AWB No. B903Q3815515. When inquired from First Flight Courier Office it came to notice that the Card has been delivered on 25 JAN 2017 to a person with the same name (Sunder) who not known to us.The our address is non delivery area for the company. The card should have been returned to the dispatcher. It is irresponsible on part of company deliver at wrong address.The is still not received. Please arrange the delivery of card and take appropriate action against the person responsible make delivery at wrong address.

My name is girish recently my grand mother pan card number mis used by unknown person. In september we got a call from local income tax department. My father went and answered. They didnt trust me. Finally we paid tax. They bought a watch amount of 10lakhs according to they said. They never said any details more. Plz help me sir we need details of this transaction.

Sir, this is Mohan Krishna from andhra Pradesh, Srikakulam district would like give a complaint on Sri Srri Academy of erode, tamilnadu, teachers colony, opposite karnataka bank . I have a doubt whether they are paying taxes correctly or not because they will be paying half of the salary for teachers via online transfer and remaining half by hand...this process is been continued since the last year...Sri Srri Academy is an institution for NEET coaching which has tie ups with many schools of erode like adarsh, palladum, vetri vikas, Vivekananda, skv, ehkn etc., From each student they will be collecting approximately 20000 per year, additional 10000 during crash course for just one month(for the best of my knowledge) and there are approximately 7000 students or more who paid for the Sri Srri Academy...still the lecturers (a total of 14 members) are paid 32000 per month on average and only half of that money is paid online and the remaining half by hand secretly(by enclosing in a cover) which led to my suspicion that if they are really paying the taxes or not! It is estimated that the director of Sri Srri Academy makes more than 1lakh per day !!! I made this complaint as a citizen of India ...Please resolve this as soon as possible

Sir,
i have applied for pan card on 6th jan.2017 (Sonam Bala ack no. [protected]). On 25 Jan i found discrepancy about ID proof not valid in status. Then i mail the scanned copy of ack. & ID proof at [protected]@alankit.com.But till now they did not reply to us whether the documents are Valid or not? Even they don't pick phone and telephones remain busy for 24 Hours.
we need pan card urgently. Please resolv the matter.
