Income Tax Department — to correct first name and surname in income tax department website

Dear sir/madam
My pancard no. Is bcapn9099k. Details on pan is correct but this first and surname is not matching with name on incomtax department website. I have been facing many problems due to this error by your department, like couldn't claim my epfo.
So kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Correct name neethu thampi
Surname is thampi. First name is neethu.

Today i have order family pack on zomato app, i have waited around 1 hr, then i called to restaurant, they are saying it will around 1 hr if you want u can cancel order so i canceled my order but for canceling order they charged full amount as penalty, still their is no mistake from my side so please revert my refund
