Indane — All my online LPG bookings are getting cancelled

Hi, My LPG consumer ID is "CX13629484." I booked for refilling my LPG cylinder via online more than 5 times. Everytime it is generating a booking ID; after few days I am getting another message saying Cash memo generated for that booking ID and my cylinder will get delivered shortly. Again after 2 to 3 days I am getting a message saying my booking got cancelled and check with my dealer to find out the reason. The same sequence happend five times to me. I am not sure whether it is a system fault or the distributor's fault. I tried to call my distributer multiple times, but he never responded to the phone. Below are my booking reference numbers and booking dates. All of these orders cancelled, and I don't know the reason. 894845 Apr 16, 2015 898299 Apr 23, 2015 201102 Apr 29, 2015 209277 May 16, 2015 New booking ref no: 215651 is created today May 29, 2015 as all of the above were cancelled. I am not sure whether I get this cylinder now or not. I am out of gas and ordered Private LPG for my needs. I am not sure this is the place where to complain regarding this issue.
