Indane — Black marketing of cylinder from my account

I am registered consumer of Indane gas and my consumer number is 32236. However, I had booked (Booking NO. 449339) gas on 02/01/2015 and a cash memo ([protected]) generated on 06/01/2015 against the booking (449339). Again on 13/01/2015 another cash memo generated ([protected]) against the same booking (449339). On 16/01/2015 I got a sms ‘cylinder has been delivered’, but refill has not been supply till today i.e. 19/01/2015. In this regard, I had also wrote to the agency “Sondhi Gas Services”, Shop 3, block J, CSC market, Saket, New Delhi, Delhi 110017 but gas refill has not been supplied.
