[Resolved]  Indane — Cancellation of Refill Booking

My consumer No is 14690. I have booked gas on line on 27.01.2014 vide 569330. On 06.02.2014 I received a SMS stating that Cash Memo no. [protected] has been generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly. On 08.02.2014, I received another SMS stating that Cash Memo No. [protected] has been cancelled. Simultaneously I received another SMS on the same day that another cash memo No [protected] has been generated. Today i.e. on 10.02.2014 at 5.50 PM I received one SMS stating that your refill booking 569330 stands cancelled. A long 14 days has been passed. You have not yet delivered my cylinder and further you are telling that your cylinder booking has been cancelled. Please enquire the matter and deliver cylinder at the earliest and also ensure that my booking (569330) does not stand cancelled. Please acknowledge the letter.
