Indane — Complaint regarding non delivery of refill

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a senior citizen.

My LPG ID is 3-[protected]

My complaint history is:

I registered a refill on[protected] vide No. 578265On 4 Jan-15 I received a SMS informing the cash memo
No. [protected] has been generated.On 17 Jan I received SMS informing that my booking
stands cancelled..On 17 Jan I made another booking vide No. 594327 and
visited Captain Gas Service, who gave the reason as Aadhar Card
information not submitted.I immediately submitted Aadhar information to Captain
Gas Service & HDFC bank.On 28 Jan SMS received saying that Rs 568 transfered to
HDFC account as subsidy.But refill was not delivered.I made two online complaints to Captain Gas Service
& one online complaint Indane Regional office.Finding no response to my complaints I have filed an
RTI also online.Now when I want to register a refill again I get a
message that 'You have booked a refill on 22 Jan-15'I am unable to think as to what next to do

Please help me our of this vicious
cycle of bureaucracy.
