Dear Sir Madam Wish to share that when I have approached my LPG distributor of INDANE for registration into DBTL scheme I came to know that my LPG connection has been de activated without any prior information. When I asked for the reason the staff told me that I need to submit KYC again along with a form. I was shocked to know the same as I was regularly getting the delivery of LPG domestic cylinders by their delivery boy against the booking coupons. Still I have submitted the form along the KYC on 03.12.14at their office. But I am disappointed to inform that till now my connection is not activated. Provided contact nos of distributor never responds. I have tried to log complaint on the site of INDANE but the site and toll free no. never found working.I have also sent an email to the Area Officer of Indane but there is no response on that also.
