Indane — Delay in Delivery refill after Cash memo genearted

Dear Sir, Had booked a LPG cylinder on 26th June 2015, refr no 295165 and case memo generated([protected])on 1-july-2015 I called the office several times and same replay today i will deliver but and still they havent delivered. Possible reason could be that, the delivery guy demanded extra payment(80 to 100 rs) last time. I didn't give him extra money.
