Indane — Delivery Person Harassing for Extra Delivery Charges

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this to bring to your attention the challenge that I have been facing with my Indane gas cylinder delivery. My consumer no is CX1563910 and my Indane Gas distributor is M/S. Radhakrishna Gas Agency, Avadi road, Chennai. Every time when the delivery person (G. Prabhu) delivers our cylinder he commands for a delivery charges of Rs. 50 per cylinder which is completely unreasonable and also makes sarcastic comments upon not turning up to his demand.This has been going for some time now and has not been stopping. To an extend he has also challenges for the consequence for not honoring his demand. We know its a common practice to tip for the humble gesture of delivering the cylinder but demanding for a such an amount is completely reasonable and further more insulting a lady every time for not turning up to his demand is completely atrocious.
