[Resolved]  Indane — Demand of tips by delivery boys

The delivery boys of Indane gas agency M/s.B.P Agencies, Nanthancode, Trivandrum are demanding Rs30 from the customers for each cylinder delivered.If we do not pay that amount they refuse to deliver the cylinder.This practice is done with the full knowledge and support of the agency officials.Please look into this matter and ensure necessary action to an immediate stop of this practice.
