Disparity in weight of cylinder

I am customer of Abhishek gas enterprises, barh customer number A03525 .I have continously observed disparity in weight of the delivered cylinder upto 2 kgs less.When asked to weight the cylinder from delivery boy, he used to refuge weighing reason being non-availability of weighing machine.The behaviour and conduct of delivery boy is also miserable and sometimes its intolerable.
