[Resolved]  Indane — For restoring my disabled Gas Connection

My Gas Connection bearing Con no CX 5695527 at Omkaram Gas Agency Oachira in Kollam District was disabled without even serving a notice to me for the ground of not taken cylinder during the last 12 months. I am working in KSEB . As i was transferred to Nilambur, my family was not here and therefore we could not book the cylinders.The matter was brought to your attention through this window in the month December but in vain. On 17.12.2014 i had applied for enabling my Gas connection at the Omkaram Indane Services Oachira with all the required documents.I approached them personally 5 days within the last 2 weeks and they made several excuses for the delay without any convincing reasons.But till this time my Gas Connection was not restored and at present we have no filled gas cylinders.The said agency are not attending Telephones.What can i do next? .Is the enabling of the connection requires a herculian task.
