Indane — Gas agency complaint

My name is Sowmya Shirishkumar Naik LPG ID 3 [protected] and consumer Number is CX7225569.. I booked my cylinder on 27/1/205. Booking ref No 354152 But they have not yet issued my cylinders. My two cylinders are already empty. As both o[censored]s are employees it is very difficult to manage without cooking gas. Even though, I can not book the fresh Cylinders as they are not issued the booked cylinders. When I tried to contact the agency over phone, they don't take that.
