[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency — Delay in delivering refill lpg cylinder

Respected sir/ madam,

I do serve in defence and posted in gujarat, my parents reside in hyderabad rural.

In august 2015, we took connection of indane gas services, through the agnecy, " agnidhwaj indane services, address : pillar no. 202, upperpally, hyderabad, chintalmet, telangana-5000030.
At the time of taking connection, the execute i.E. The manager of above firm said, we can have preferred time delivery on sundays, subjected to extra charge, for which we agreed and deal was made, as all the family members are employees, and mother being gov.T teacher wont find time unless its a sunday.

Now, following are the complaints iam riasing against agnidhwaj indane services, as well as indane gas services.

1) since connection been taken, it was 8 months and we had only one refill delivery. Since december repeated attempts made for booking through phone, sms, but all endeavors gone in vain. My family members reported the same matter to me.( you will be surprised to know this process..It goes as.We request through sms for refill, after 2-3 days booking number will be generated quoting as within few days refill will be delivered. But after those few days passes, we will get sms as cash memo ### generated against your refill booking number stands cancelled. And it happened 4 times till now consecutively since december 2015 )


2) our consumer number is cx`27468591

(A) booked on 19th march 2016, got sms as registered number 7084888 to draw refill. On 24 march 2016 sms been recieved quoting cashmemo no., [protected], and our request been cancelled.

(B) booked o 25th march 2016, received sms as registered no. 712372 to draw refill, sms been received quoting cash memo ni [protected] stands cancelled.

And both the times the reason been given as delivery may be reattempted shortly.

And the same drama continues... Even calling to customer care toll free number [protected] found no way helpfull. As they said they are just catering, indian oil, bharat petroleum and one more organisation as representatives and a channell of feed back.But replied as cant do much in this matter, .

So i rrequest your intervention as the consumer been harrassed, and proper feedback channel is missing to have from consumer in such a vast business organisation.

3) while taking gas connection the executive said, preferred time delivery including sundays can be made, subjected to extra payment. Except indane gas agencies, remaining gas companies are giving this free of cost, but now the agency itself is not on its word. Even for extra payment also they are refusing to deliver refill on sundays.

Respected sir/ madam,

I have INDANE LPG connection of Delhi. I booked my LPG cylinder on 31/03/2016 by calling on IVR. It was successfully done and i got message that LPG will be delivered in next 2-4 days. But it has been 9 Days now i have not received it yet. I called to Sona Enterprises (Dealer) many time but no one answered the call.
