I was book a gas cylinder refill as on date 6th December 2016 through online Transactions ref no[protected] date[protected] order no RF[protected]...and payment accepted by Indian gas (total money 584 Rs)
(a) Today I have received gas cylinder but deliver guy again took cash money 584 Rs from my home and gone, IS MEJAR ISSUE
(b) But I was totally surprised how he has taken money?
(c) Why agencies not inform to delivery guy whose customer done payment by online?
(d) Totally misunderstanding by gas urgency and suffering customers ?
(e) Everyone know cash money shortage at this time but why your people done this type of activities?
(f) Immediately I was talk to MAHESHWARI GAS SERVICE helpline [protected] surprise “” they told why you gave money to delivery guy”” if you done payment online “this language too embrace”
Mistake done in your hand and your team teach to me??
As per above issue Kindly return my cash money today.
