Indane Gas — Delivery boys asking extra charges for cylinder delivery.

Hi, My name is Suhail and am posting this complaint from bangalore. Indane Gas agency (Benaka Enterprises) delivery boy charges 30Rs extra everytime the cylinder is delivered and my mom used to pay him extra. Today when I refused to pay, he was very rude & says its his right to take extra amount.
I doubt these posts will even me checked and these complaints will be considered. If any responsible person is reading this, then we would kindly request you people to take action against this.

THREATENING BEHAVIOR OF GAS DELIVERY BOY

My consumer number is CX5576142 - Eshwar K.G. ( Mob:[protected]). My gas agency name is Ananth Gas Agencies, near HAL Hospital, Bangalore 560017.
My cash memo no.is [protected] dated 20.6.17 for Rs. 561/-, and Order number is [protected]. Although I gave extra 10 rs., the delivery boy, NAVEEN, argued a lot and threatened that he would take the cylinder back without delivering if I did not pay Rs.20/- extra.
Always gas delivery boy has been taking extra delivery charge without any bill. I think, delivery of gas is agency's responsibility and we are paying the bill amount and something more also, as per our financial position. Ideally, there shouldn’t be any delivery charges. I am not sure why delivery boy demanding money from customers. What is the use of DBTL Schemes? These delivery boys have become a menace to people like us.
I and my wife are senior citizens, without any pension or income. The delivery boys are demanding Rs. 20 or sometimes Rs. 30, which is a heavy amount for people like us. That is our one day vegetable expense.
Can this issue be looked at by INDANE; I see a lot of complaints being raised on this topic already. Action has to be taken immediately.

Hi...Complaint ragarding extra charge for gas delivery.

Dear Sir whenever I received my gas delivery the hawker take extra charge, somtimes 35 and some time 40 for that...
I complaint it to my distributor's office but he said I have to pay delivery charge bcos company don't pay them for delivery.
I know that they r telling a lie...
As a conscious customer I don't want to pay delivery charge twice...
I have a idea for U...kindly don't add delivery charge in Ur total gas amount charge...
So We will give only one time delivery charge...

I am also facing the same issue. They are demanded the 34 rs extra. my cyclinder is coming from "Sri Sadguru Indane Gas Agency" Bangalore

I belong to customer of Sri Vaaru Gas Agency, Chinnamandali road, Perambakkam, Tiruvallur district and taluk. Delivery boy is so rude, he was asking extra charge every month. My home is in ground floor. Every month he delivers old cylinder which is not in proper condition. To make a notice on this issue my mother politely asked him to deliver proper one last month. He suddenly said no, only only cylinder is left take away. My mother asked him no every month I'm facing some sort of problem. He replied if want to take cylinder means take, else do what ever you want. He didn't deliver cylinder and moved his vehicle. This month I asked the same boy not to deliver a old one, we are facing gas leaking problem. He said only this cylinder is left. I said I m going to launch a complaint on you, He said go ahead and my Name is ABRAHAM and also he said he won't deliver cylinder to home here after, do what ever you want. So here I'm bringing a compliant on Mr. ABRAHAM that he is so rude and charging 35Rs around for 2km distance. There is rule for extra charges around 10km and above. But my home 2km far away from Gas Station.

My name is VenkatRajesh Allem and I have a Indane gas consumer number: 61280, connection in Hyderabad location with Srisaila Gas agency in Miyapur. My home is within 1km of the agency office.
Delivery boys are constantly charging extra charges on the billed amount. Inspite of telling them there are delivery chages included in the bill itself. They are demanding extra charges.
As I see more complaints in this forum, there may be many others suffering the same. Voicing the concern is individual's choice.
Is there any way that at least Indane Gas does something in resolving this with their distributors?

Dear sir They are demanding Rs. 49 extra. If i ask why, they are telling as transport charge + my salary. I refused to pay the extra money. So the delivery man told he will not deliver the cylinder and come my office take the cylinder. Help me solve this. Is this extra transport charge and salary in your policy? If yes please explain me.
