Indane Gas — Delivery charges of LPG cylinder by delivery boy

Our LPG gas cylinder distributer is Indane Saroj gas agency. Everytime we book LPG, delivery boy ask for delivery charges, from Rs.20 to 50. Most of the time payment we had done payment because o[censored]rgency of cylinder. This time I strongly refuse. The delivery boy refuse to give cylider and ask to collect it from office. This is everytimes problem.
