Our LPG gas cylinder distributer is Indane Saroj gas agency. Everytime we book LPG, delivery boy ask for delivery charges, from Rs.20 to 50. Most of the time payment we had done payment because o[censored]rgency of cylinder. This time I strongly refuse. The delivery boy refuse to give cylider and ask to collect it from office. This is everytimes problem....

I had booked my Indane LPG through BHIM App on 7 th March 2024 at 8.47am with transaction I'd[protected] with amount of Rs.939 with SBI bank. It was failed during the payment and money was deducted. It was not refunded till date. I had checked with my bank also. They had replied that, the money had reached the merchant(indane LPG). Hence I request you to refund the amount deducted. I ordered cylinder on 3rd November yet the cylinder not delivered. I called the distributor, it's always busy. No one attended the call. I raised complaint on website but they technical issues. I don't know how long they have the technical issues. And without my knowledge they are closing the complaint as resolved but yet the cylinder not delivered. They invoiced it but not delivering more than 10 day's gone....

I would like to bring to your notice that PATULI INDANE, Ghosh Para, Kolkata-700094 has sent an executive to check the Gas connection, placement of cylinders, etc and has charged Rs. 236/-.
In this context, my humble submission is that in case any checking is mandatory then such expense should be borne by the distributer and not passed on to the customer.

Booking cylinder Indane online and paid payment. Got confirmation from Indane for payment with GST. But invoice raised on next day. Customer care told that invoice will be raised within 7days that is the Indane system (told by Mrs Sandy of customer care @ 11.55 hrs 26.05.23) and customer has to pay any increase in price with in the invoice period. This indicates that getting payment with GST and billing on any day, as Govt PSU not allowing...

Booked a refill consumer no [protected] - 4/4/2023 paid online. It is almost 16 days despite making the payment we are yet to get the cylinder.

The supplier M/s Abirami Gas Agencies don't respond to customer calls or their contact numbers are always engaged. The Agency is not a customer service oriented entity
