Please do something regarding daily attacks of red monkeys on kids and adults and they are targeting houses as well it is very dangerous to go outside of house specially for kids and senior citizen . Our address is B- 19 gandhi path, Ganpati marg, vaishali nagar 302021.

The concerned agent, SHAW INDANE, has abruptly cancelled my booking despite several phone calls sent as reminder for delivery.
In their SMS message sent on 11/06/24 evening, they have mentioned " NON AVAILABILITY OF CUSTOMER" on 3 attempts, which is FALSE.

I have verified at our apartment gate that no delivery person has approached at any time whatsoever.

Sir, about 10 years ago i had got the connection of domestic cylinder done from bonli indain gas agency (address- ground floor, main bus stand, bonli, rajasthan 322023), whose lpg id- [protected]. which i deposited back about 8 years ago and have taken back my security amount but till date i have not been given the surrender certificate due to which hp has disconnected my connection 2 months ago. i went to your quoted indane gas agency and talked to the owner and also sent complete information on his whatsapp [protected] but he is not providing me the surrender certificate.

Need information
Point - 1 why was my connection not closed when i submitted a connection?

Point-2 why is your bona fide agency not giving me the dedication certificate?

Point3- are you providing me the surrender certificate or i have to take the help of consumer court?

Point-4 who is responsible for the trouble i faced?

I have taken indane gas connection few months ago and I have taken only 1 cylinder 14.2kg and now I want an additional or 2nd cylinder. I raised 2 complaints so far to order my 2nd cylinder but the complaints are being closed without any response, I spoke to my distributor but he told that there's no supply of 14.2kg cylinder and asked me to wait for 2 or more months. I spoke to a customer care agent but he was very unprofessional and talking all the nonsense with his family members while I was on the call. Can you please escalate this to higher management and help me to get the 2nd cylinder. I have raised more than 20 tickets but all my tickets were closed without any action and dealer is not receiving the call.

Also the dealer denied providing me the subsidy option straightaway. Can you please help me to get my 2nd cylinder and subsidy for my gas connection.

I had booked for Indane Gas Cylinder refill on 19th May 2024 and the invoice was generated on 20th May 2024 with the reference number[protected]

The refill cylinder has not been delivered even though it is 9 days since the invoice was generated. I am not getting proper response from the agency even after multiple calls.

We had subscripted Indian gas from Shri Revathy indane gas agency
No 2/624, Munuswamy Nagar Medavakkam Chennai - 600100.

They are demanding Rs. 30 extra compulsory each house and per delivery. If i ask why, they are telling as transport charge + my salary. I refused to pay the extra money. So the delivery man told he will not deliver the cylinder and come my office take the cylinder.

LPG gas service agency in my area is not providing good service, behaviour and service both are very bad, i am facing problem again and again, and they are becoming more careless and arrogant, and the staff is very rude, specially girl staff, don't even entertain the complaint of customer and cut the phone, request to improve service or to cancel the licence of vikramaditya gas agency shahganj agra and to provide better service to protect the fame of Indian oil. I am passing my one whole day and whole night with a heavy leaked cylinder and no other alternate to cook food for self and kids
