I have taken indane gas connection few months ago and I have taken only 1 cylinder 14.2kg and now I want an additional or 2nd cylinder. I raised 2 complaints so far to order my 2nd cylinder but the complaints are being closed without any response, I spoke to my distributor but he told that there's no supply of 14.2kg cylinder and asked me to wait for 2 or more months. I spoke to a customer care agent but he was very unprofessional and talking all the nonsense with his family members while I was on the call. Can you please escalate this to higher management and help me to get the 2nd cylinder. I have raised more than 20 tickets but all my tickets were closed without any action and dealer is not receiving the call.

Also the dealer denied providing me the subsidy option straightaway. Can you please help me to get my 2nd cylinder and subsidy for my gas connection.

I had booked for Indane Gas Cylinder refill on 19th May 2024 and the invoice was generated on 20th May 2024 with the reference number[protected]

The refill cylinder has not been delivered even though it is 9 days since the invoice was generated. I am not getting proper response from the agency even after multiple calls.

We had subscripted Indian gas from Shri Revathy indane gas agency
No 2/624, Munuswamy Nagar Medavakkam Chennai - 600100.

They are demanding Rs. 30 extra compulsory each house and per delivery. If i ask why, they are telling as transport charge + my salary. I refused to pay the extra money. So the delivery man told he will not deliver the cylinder and come my office take the cylinder.

I had booked my Indane LPG through BHIM App on 7 th March 2024 at 8.47am with transaction I'd[protected] with amount of Rs.939 with SBI bank. It was failed during the payment and money was deducted. LPG gas service agency in my area is not providing good service, behaviour and service both are very bad, i am facing problem again and again, and they are becoming more careless and arrogant, and the staff is very rude, specially girl staff, don't even entertain the complaint of customer and cut the phone, request to improve service or to cancel the licence of vikramaditya gas agency shahganj agra and to provide better service to protect the fame of Indian oil. I am passing my one whole day and whole night with a heavy leaked cylinder and no other alternate to cook food for self and kids

My consumer number is [protected]. My order number :[protected]. I booked the refill on 13th Jan and I don't understand why the delivery of refill was delayed so much.

Today( 23rd Jan). I received sms of auto cancellation of refill. I don't understand why the refill delivery didn't happen and the refill was auto cancelled. Looks like the agency has been selling gas outside, and my gas was sold similarly.

Request Indane to deliver my LPG ASAP as I may run out of gas.

We are requested to change address from the nearest distributor office and requested at customer care side also but no response still (cust I'd -25296)
