New cylinder was leaking ...i complaint about it in your service center today at 8 am, they said they will sent a person to collect it so we waited from morning and noone didnt came...is this the way you treat your customer and how irresponsible you are with a persons life...if we didnt check and some thing happen..what will you do...this not a normal issue, its gas leakage...yesterday night we found out, and were scared all the night, thinking if it will explode or not...please check the quality of your product...after the long waiting we went to agency and given the cylinder..and changed it as soon as possible.but this too much and very irresponsible behavior from your side and we sent a person to your ernakulam center for enquiring about this.
Next i wont make a complaint in your center and will go straight to the consumer court.
