[Resolved]  Indane Gas — online payment refund

We had booked for a refill on 22nd march 2020. And had made online payment of rs 807.5. But later received a message telling this order got canceled due to change in rate. But dint get a refund. We tried ordering again since it got cancelled but received a message refill order cannot be created as open order already exists for the consumer.

Later again received a message telling new order of rs 744 has been created and cylinder is under delivery.
Later it got auto cancelled and got booked automatically.. Finally the guy called and asked us to take the cylinder from some spot nearby telling he can't come and delivery.

So when we went to take.. He asked us to pay 744+54 to him for delivery charges as requested by him.in the receipt there was no details of of line payment. Had to pay him again. 800 and said to contact gas agency for refund.

So now we dint recieve any mesaage regarding refund till date. Kindly do the needful

Online payment made via app, after booking for gas via app. Money debited from my bank account but, confirmation not come, no receipt, due to too much time taken. I am from Chennai. Consumer no is [protected].
Mr C.S.Ranganathan. Ranie Enterprise dealer. Payment initiated SMS came, but transaction not complete. My pH number is [protected]/ regd number.

I had paid through the cc avenue but it was failed but the amount was debited my consumer id [protected]
I had paid via google pay but now cancelled du to rate change.. i want u to refund my money
