Indane Gas — Subsidy do not deposited in my bank account

Dear Sir I Prabir Kumar Mandal S/O Late Gostha Behari Mandal living at Vill+P.O.-Balarambati (Station Bazar), P.S.-Singur, Hooghly, Pin 712409 a consumer of Indene Gas( Singur Gas service). My consumer No is 03821and consumer ID is[protected] on 07.03.2015 against cash memo No [protected] gas cylinder delivered to my home and on 09.03.2015 delivery message received from Indene Gas.But unfortunately till today I have not received (deposited) subsidy amount in my bank account.I request you to, kindly look this matter urgently and solve my problem as soon as possible.
