Indane Gas — unable to book gas cylinder no resolution from 15 days

I am unable to book gas cylinder online showing error.
While booking through ivrs, i got booking reference number every time i booked. (3 times - 18 july, 29 july, 2 august) but my booking history doesn't show any booking during this period.
I called customer care several times but no resolution.
No way to book manually with distributor also.

How can i get cylinder?

Hi,
I booked a cylinder online and got a mail to make payment. I paid it online using the link they provided. Instead of getting confirmation mail, I got another mail asking me to pay again. Please check the status of my transaction.

After having transferred my LPG distributor to Suryanagari Indane having consumer number [protected], my LPG subsidy is not being credited in my bank account
