Indane — INDANE - BANK SEEDING DETAILS SUBMISSION

Dear Sir, I am Boopathy from Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai - 600 062. My Aadhar Card No.[protected]. I have already submitted Form-2 on 16.12.14 to M/s. Chandra Gas Agencies (117566) Thiruvallur District for Aadhar linking. Form-1 also submitted to State Bank of India, Adyar Branch, Chennai - 600 020 for Aadhar linking. Now I got a letter with Form-4 attachment received from Indane ( Non Aadhar Based Linking Form ) Eventhough I already linked my Aadhar Card both Gas Agency & Bank. Then why should I submit again below attached Form-4 ( Non Aadhar Based ) to Gas Agency.Kindly advise the correct status immediately to enable us to proceed further.Your immediate response would be highly appreciated.Thanks in advance.
