Indane — Indane gas refill booked not delivered - KK Indane - the distributor doing some mischief

I booked Indane refill on 2nd March and today(12th March), I recieved a message on my registered mobile number that the cylinder is already delivered. Even the IVR message for booking status enquiry says, my cylinder is delivered on 11th March. Last time (in December 2014) when I booked refill, similar thing happened and I had to book cylinder again (in January) which I got at the end of January. Looks like the distributor is doing some mischief here. Tried to contact the distributor, none of the listed numbers are responding (ringing, but no answer).
