Consumer name: Mahuya Chakraborty Cust I'd 14528 LPG I'd[protected] Dear sir/ma'am, Since feb'15 I am not getting LPG subsidy on my account, which was successfully updated in my account. Last year even I got the same in my bank account. Herewith I am providing you the details of cash memo no along with mentioned subsidy amt on slip, kindly look into this and revert accordingly. Date cash memo no amt 02/02/15 [protected]. 227/- 20/03/15. [protected]. 233/- 09/06/15. [protected]. 249/- Till date all of these amt not tranfrd in my account. Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to inform you that since the starting of the plan in which gas subsidy will transfer in the account of consumer I unable to receive my subsidy in my a/c. I have booked my gas since Feb, 2015 to September 2015 but I did't receive the subsidy.
Although my S B A/C No. [protected], Allahabad Bank, Pathna, IFSC Code - ALLA0210429 is already entered in my Consumer No. but subsidy amount is not being transferred in the account .
I have inquired in the agency but they are not in position to state whether subsidy is not transferred.
