Indane — my subsidy amount is not yet received | |||
Sir / Madam, I have received two gas cylinders from KISHORE KRISHNA INDANE, 105 Nilachal Complex, KOLKATA- 103 and my subsidy amount is not yet received from UBI, Narendrapur Branch (Br.CODE:0148) through A/c.No.[protected] which has already been in effect from 17.1.2015 & lastly an amount of Rs.220.68p. was received on 09.2.2015 & Rs.234.68p. was received on 22.04.2015 but Cash Memo No. [protected] & [protected] Dt. 23/02/2015 & 24/03/2015 after delivery of refill from Indane through my consumer no. KPO8753 on 6/5/15 till date I have not received delivery of these two gas cylinders subsidy amount through my Bank A/c as stated above. Please look into the matter with a serious view.
