Indane — New application for gas submitted with all the documents but not providing the Gas .

I have visited Chirantani Gas Agency P-3, Bangur Avenue, Block C, kolkata-55 and submitted my application SL no 69 DT 27.02.2015 and had to visit several times and all the documents were submitted. Now the dealer is not proving the gas and demanding 6300 for the gas and not providing the break up. We told that we just need the gas and does not want any accessories but he told that we would not provide the gas with out accessories . The person is harassing us and does not listen to us .
