Indane — Non activation of LPG Connection

Sir,

I had booked online for gas cylinder in the last week of December, 2014. But I was not able to book the same. I received the voice message as to contact my gas agency. As per the instruction I approached the gas agency, they informed me that if there is a delay in booking the cylinder, the connection will be deactivated within two months. They also informed that the gas agency themselves will apply for the reactivation of my gas connection. Further I contacted the gs agency many times but I received the same reply from them. The gas connection has not been activated till date.My gas agency is "Gurukripa Gas Agency, Thalavady (Gurupuram), Alappuzha Dist., and their distribution code is 0980151. Hence I humbly request you to look into the matter and take urgent steps for the activation of my gas connection.
