Indane — Non delinking of Aadhaar Number from surrendered LPG connection

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

I had surrendered my LPG cylinders and Regulator (against Consumer No. 33921), to M/s RR Enterprises, Vivek Nagar, Bangalore on 09.12.2014 & got connection transferred to Ambala City. While refunding the security deposit, RR Enterprises had recovered the advance DBTL subsidy. In Ambala City, I have taken LPG connection of Bharat Gas from the nearest located LPG distributor and this connection has been linked to my Aadhaar Number under DBTL. While checking the Aadhaar Status online, I observe that my Aadhaar Number is still linked to IOCL against the Indane Consumer No. 33921 with RR Enterprises, even though the connection status is shown as transferred. The detailed online feedback system available in IOCL website is so horrible that despite my more than 10 attempts, the feedback could not be submitted. In another feedback to Indian Oil Corpn.Ltd.(Feedback Ref:1932928), I have received a very funny reply from "[protected]@indianoil.in" stating that " We cannot delink your aadhaar no. please surrender the Indane connection.WE are blocking your connection as you are holding multiple connection with you which is illegal." It appears that robots are sitting on customer care desk to send stereo- type replies without understanding the issues. When I have already surrendered Indane connection on 09.12.2014, only so called Indane Customer Care Executives can tell as to how I have to surrender the connection again to make it LEGAL FROM SO CALLED ILLEGAL. I have been trying for about a week to speak over phone to M/s RR Enterprises for getting my earlier Indane Connection delinked from my Aadhaar No, but no one at M/S R R Enterprises picks any of the 3 landline numbers and mobile no. [protected] is always found switched off. I have also sent them two e-mails, which remain un-responded. Please help me to get my Aadhaar delinked from earlier Indane Consumer No. 33921, so that my present Bharat Gas connection only remins linked to Aadhaar for subsidy under DBTL . Thanks. S. K. I had surrendered my LPG cylinders and Regulator (Consumer No. 645223), to Shikka Enterprises, 16/6, Mathura Road Faridabad, Harayana 121002, on date 16/06/2018. While refunding the security deposit, Shikka Enterprises had recovered. In Noida, I have taken new LPG connection of HP Gas from the nearest located LPG distributor and this connection has been linked to my Aadhaar Number under DBTL. While checking the Aadhaar Status online, I observe that my Aadhaar Number is still linked to old gas connection HP Consumer No. 645223 with Shikka Enterprises. While I have already surrendered HP connection on 16/06/2018. I have been trying for about a week to speak over phone to M/s Shikka Enterprises for getting my earlier HP Connection delinked from my Aadhaar No, but no one picks my call and no response. I have also sent them two e-mails, which remain un-responded. Please help me to get my Aadhaar delinked from earlier HP gas consumer No. 645223, so that my present HP Gas connection Consumer no. 641776 only remins linked to Aadhaar for subsidy under DBTL.
