Indane — Not getting the lpg subsidy even after linking the aadhaar no. | |||||
Hi, my lpg id is[protected] and consumer no. - [protected] Name - maneesh garg I’m not getting lpg subsidy in my bank account. when i complained to the local dealer (shresth gas) they say that i need to get my aadhar no. linked to my bank acct to get the subsidy, though i have already got it linked twice from the bank. Now when i go to the sbi bank, they say that my aadhar is already linked to receive the lpg subsidy. attached are the screenshots from bank and indane portal. bank screenshot shows aadhar linked and indane screenshot shows it’s pending. In the end i am the one who is not getting the subsidy due to this. Over n above, the indane toll-free no.[protected] is not working so i am not able to register a complaint there. if by any chance i get connected, it takes at least 25-30 min to reach to indane customer care executive and the call gets disconnected in-between. i request indane to please improve their customer service and resolve this issue of my lpg subsidy asap.
