Indane — Not issuing gas cylinder - Asking to resubmit KYC form. | |||
Name : M.A Baby, Mangalath House, Avalookunnu.P.O, ALAPPUZHA Consumer No. : 11159 Gas agency : Guru Kripa Agency, Alappuzha As per the norms, I had linked my adhaar card with the Andhra bank, Alleppey A/C No.[protected] and submitted KYC with all the relevant documents as demanded by the agency on 04.06.2013 ( KYC receipt No. GKO 11159 ). We have booked and have received cylinders earlier. I am now working in Muscat. My daughter and servants are still there in Kerala. They had booked a cylinder couple of months ago but have not received the cylinder. They have again registered for a cylinder. A message was received from the agency that adhaar is not linked. I send my representative to the gas agency to enquire the facts. Now they are telling that the account number is not linked to adhaar and have asked to submit the KYC form again. We have already the receipt number of the KYC submitted, we have received cylinders after that, we have checked and ensured that my adhaar is linked with the bank account.
