I booked an lpg cylinder online on 10.04.2020.
My 17 digit consumer number is

My booking reference no. Is 902750.
I paid rs. 816.67 online using netbanking through the online portal of indane on 10.04.2020. Sbi transaction reference no. Is ref#igailkztr5.
The amount got debited from my a/c immediately. But indane's online portal displayed that my transaction was under process and i would be confirmed the payment. However, i did not receive any confirmation message for my online payment.
In the meantime, my cylinder was delivered by my agency on 12.04.2020. However, the agency charged rs. 810 in cash from me, saying that my online payment did not reflect in their balance. But if the payment failed, the amount of rs. 816.67 should have been refunded in my account by now. However, till date that also hasn't happened.
Indane's toll free number is not working. Now, as a customer i am running the risk of losing my money by paying online. On one hand the government is encouraging digital payments, but on the other hand the customers like me who pay online are suffering because of lacuna in indane's online payment system. Kindly help.
