Indane — Regarding DBTL

Sir, I Sri Debabrata Bhattacheryya is a domestic gas consumer of Indane Gas. My Distributer name is State Govt. Employees Co-operative societies ltd, court compound, Burdwan, code no. 140948. My consumer no. is SG15055. Now it is informed to you that I submit non Adhar cash transfer mandate (Form-3) in the main branch of SBI, Court compound Burdwan (IFSC 00048) on 07/01/2015 and Form-4 also submitted to the Distributor on 20/12/2014. But invane there is no solution on the matter after repeatedly contacted with the Distributor and and the Field Manager bearing mobile no. [protected] regarding cash transfer mandate. but the Field Manager is not receiving any phone calls at any time. and the Distributor is telling that they can't do anything. At a result the Distributor informed me that I have not got subsidy through bank and non-subsidised cylinder will be taken from the month of April'2015. In this situation I pray to you for taking proper action immediately in this regard. With regards Debabrata Bhattacheryya Vill+ P.O. - Bhandardihi Burdwan [protected]
